Object-oriented programmer
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented object-oriented programmer, preferably with a strong background in PHP and MySQL. Ideal candidate should not only be able to write great code, but must understand how to translate business problems into practical solutions.
Requirements:

- Should be able to write efficient queries and optimize database-intensive applications

Technical Support Representative
MCN's customer base is growing exponentially, and we are seeking additional technical support representatives to support our software clients.
MCN has built its reputation for outstanding customer service over the past 21 years. We have some of the best customer satisfaction rates in the SaaS industry, and our support team has one of the shortest time-to-resolution times anywhere. We support all of our customers out of our Denver call center.
Requirements
The ideal person for this job would be someone who enjoys interacting with people, who is constantly learning new skills, and who has a pleasant personality, a can-do attitude, and a strong work ethic. Candidate must have:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Professional manner in dealing with customers and fellow employees
- Strong aptitude for learning new software applications
- Patience to help troubleshoot issues for customers with varied levels of computer skills
The successful candidate must also take initiative to learn new skills, solve problems, and to take responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
The Tech Support Coordinator is responsible to:
- Provide technical support to clients on our enterprise software products, by phone and by email (our customers all have the ability to call you directly)
- Perform enterprise software installation & customization for new clients
- Provide product training to new customers
- Write/update user documentation for software products
Experience level
Minimum 1-3 years' experience required.
